Art Rock Show – Empty (Week 16)

Kristoffer Gildenlöw is soloartiest en multi-instrumentalist, maar is vooral bekend als bassist in de progressieve rock/hardrock/metalscene.
Kristoffer heeft opgenomen en getoerd met een aantal geweldige bands en artiesten in de afgelopen 25 jaar, waaronder Pain of Salvation, Neal Morse, Kayak, For All We Know, Damian Wilson, Mr Fastfinger en nog veel meer.

Roger Pruppers van Prog Wereld: “Hoe mooi is het dat een artiest je op zijn vijfde album ineens zo weet te verrassen? Eerdere platen van Kristoffer Gildenlöw bevatten incidenteel al mooie individuele liedjes, maar waren voor mij als compleet album toch te ingetogen, te veel singer/songwriter, en (daardoor) muzikaal net te eentonig. Vaak werd er vakkundig spanning opgebouwd, maar miste ik de ontlading. Uiteindelijk had ik daardoor moeite een album lang de aandacht erbij te houden.… Read more...
