1st Art Rock Show: Winter

Deze eerste show van het nieuwe jaar draait helemaal rond het thema winter… We openen met de uit Australië afkomstige multi-instrumentalist Mark Healy. We krijgen opnieuw lekker klinkende futuristische postrock te horen. Naast Hibernal (After the Winter) staat op het menu: Horslips (Drive the Cold Winter Away), Blackmore’s Night (Winter Carols), Savatage (Dead Winter Dead), Kamelot (One Cold Winter’s Night), Libra (Winter Day’s Nightmare) and Red Jasper (The Winter’s Tale).

NIEUW om 12 en 1600 uur: PATRICK CONRAD Voorstelling van “As”

Op 28 augustus 2015, werd in De Slegte Antiquariaat te Antwerpen één kilo poëzie voorgesteld, met name “As”, het verzameld werk van Patrick Conrad zoals uitgegeven door Poëziecentrum.

Radio 68 zendt de hoogtepunten van die avond uit: de toelichting bij deze uitgave door Poëziecentrum-directeur Carl Destryckere, een ode aan Conrad door Michael Vandebril (Vijf Poses), Conrads “De as van Claus” gebracht door François Beukelaars en tot slot de dichter zelf met “Epiloog”.
WOrdt gevolgd door de b-kant van de LP “Gelukkig als in het bijzijn van een vrouw” (met Roland Van Campenhout)

De laatste show! We stellen de Amerikaanse groep ‘Between the Buried and Me‘ aan u voor. Between the Buried and Me is een Heavy metal band en komt uit Raleigh, North Carolina. De band is opgezet in 2001 door Tommy Rogers, Paul Waggoner, Will Goodyear, Nick Fletcher en Jason King. Ze hebben al verschillende studio en live albums uit.
