Art Rock Show – Galasphere 347 (Week 39)

Deze week stellen we Galasphere 347 aan u voor, een Engels-Scandinavische band die zich heeft laten inspireren door de serie Space Patrol uit de jaren zestig. Onder leiding van Stephen James Bennett – die ook de vocalen en keyboards voor zijn rekening neemt – is de band dit jaar de studio in gegaan om het debuutalbum op te nemen. Hiervoor is ook de hulp ingeroepen van Andy Jackson, die een aantal albums van Pink Floyd heeft gemastered.

Zo is de eerste track The Voice Of Beauty Drowned in de stijl van het album And Then There Were Three (1978) van Genesis.
