Art Rock Show – Meanwhile (Week 11)

Klone is een introspectieve en atmosferische rockband uit Frankrijk. Met hun plaat Le Grand Voyage uit 2019 zijn de Franse art-rockers Klone naar nieuwe hoogten gestegen en toeren nu met Leprous en Pain of Salvation de wereld rond.

Op de nieuwe hebben de zwaardere riffs weer hun rechtmatige voorname plek ingenomen. Daarbij is de ruimte in de opbouw van de songs gebleven, net als de fraaie weidse sferen. Daarmee valt alles nu perfect op de plek.

Ook hier horen we direct in de opener Within Reach waartoe dit Klone in staat is. In net geen vijf minuten wordt een volledige wereld geschilderd van diepe duisternis en streepjes licht.… Read more...
