50th Art Rock Show: Fragmentropy

De muziek komt dit keer van Thomas Thielen, een multi-instrumentalist afkomstig uit Hannover. Onder de naam T maakt hij in z’n uppie Artrock met een hoofdletter A.

Prog Archives review: “Fragmentropy is more than a worthy successor of Psychoanorexia. It actually takes t’s music to a higher level. Although there is a huge amount of stylistic parallels to other t albums, Fragmentropy is simply better than everything he has done before: The melodies are even more catchy. The arrangements are even more detailled. The production sounds even tighter and also more dynamic. His singing is also more emotional and versatile… and so on.
(…) The music itself creates loads of tension. I have listened to Fragmentropy about 20 times now, and I still find myself enthralled start to finish when the cd plays, and I always find more details, twists and turns, that I seem to have missed in the runs before. This is one of the albums that grows on you, that does not become boring after a few runs – yet catches you from the beginning by means of the melodies.”
